Our evidence-based anger management course is structured to help participants understand the root causes of their anger and develop effective coping strategies. Our anger management specialists are nationally certified, allowing our assessment and course to satisfy any court or legal requirement.

About Our Founder

Troy Smalls, MS, LPC, NCC, CAMS-II

“THE LADY”

When I founded The Wellness Well, I wanted nothing more than to provide clients with competent and compassionate therapeutic care in a safe environment, free of judgement. My purpose began to evolve as I noticed a greater need for overall wellness practices outside of traditional counseling, to alleviate common psychological conditions such as burnout and fatigue. I’ve identified the need for integrated self-care, enhanced mind-body connection, and strengthened community bonds.

In an effort to meet this need, The Wellness Well now provides more wellness-centered and connection promoting services, including group therapy, team building sessions, workplace wellness workshops, and curated wellness events. This allows us to serve both individuals and communities by highlighting the importance of and providing the tools for not only self-care and personal growth, but collective wellness that promotes thriving communities.
